Barnes Aerospace Announces Long-Term Agreement with Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Company

December 9, 2025, Bristol, CT –(BUSINESS WIRE)–Barnes Aerospace, a premier provider for the full life-cycle supply and repair of complex aeroengine components from fan to exhaust, today announced a significant milestone in its collaboration with Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company. A long-term agreement has been signed for the production of critical case and housing components for the innovative GE Catalyst® engine at Barnes Aerospace’s Rzeszów, Poland, facility.

The GE Catalyst engine is designed for light- and medium-class aircraft and incorporates a range of technological innovations. This collaboration highlights Barnes Aerospace’s advanced capabilities in manufacturing and precision engineering for life-limited and fabricated parts, ensuring the highest quality and reliability standards.
